For members, the cost of early registration is $300. You must be a current member of the Central Florida Society of Optometric Association (CFSOP), the Florida Optometric Association (FOA) or the American Optometric Association (AOA) to qualify as a member. For non-members, early registration costs $500. Early registration will close September 18th. On or after September 19th, the cost for members increases to $325 and non-members are $525.

This way, you may use your credit card or PayPal account to pay on their secure servers. It is fast, easy and secure. If you prefer to mail in your information with a check, click this link for our download form. Fill it out, print it and mail it in with your payment.
